COVID – 19 Booking policy

Due to the current situation with the Coronavirus, we are monitoring every possibility and do our best to adapt to a new situation caused to our clients regarding their reservations and dream holidays.

Booking policies for reservations in 2021:

STANDARD BOOKING POLICY

In case the clients cannot arrive to the planned charter due to COVID – 19 restrictions, we can offer the possibility to directly reschedule the reservation to a later period in 2021, 2022. If client is not able to find a new date, you as an agency will receive the entire paid amount* as a credit for a future booking for this client.
This is valid for countries with high travel warning, quarantine obligatory.

New payment plan for reservations in 2021:

  • 50% (upon confirmation)
  • 50% (28 days before embarkation)

Disinfection policy:

  • In accordance with the Croatian Public Health regulations, all our boats have been properly cleaned and disinfected. Our cleaning staff wears protective masks and gloves during the cleaning process. All our base staff (both on peers and in offices) wear protective masks, and there is a protective plexiglass between the client and our employees in the offices, as well as hand disinfectant on reach. All boats are provided with a disinfectant for Clients to use during the charter period.
  • In addition, our clients can order upon the check-in an additional disinfection with Ozone generator in amount of 30,00 Eur.


This policy is valid until September 30th, 2021.
