Named after the greatest Croatian artist and sculptor of 20th century, Ivan Meštrović, the Gallery is a true paradise for art lovers and sculpting aficionados.

The Gallery itself, with its astonishing entrance columns and surrounding park area that hides more artwork, as well as the view overlooking our, as in Dalmatia is often said, first love – the sea, will satisfy your artistic appetite.

The Gallery used to be the palace and home to the sculptor Meštrović and until today is a reminiscence of the way of living of Meštrović family.

The permanent exhibition in Gallery is presented with more than 80 marble and metal sculptures and paintings that tell you a story of great artistic mind of Meštrović. A must see in the Gallery is the area dedicated to the monumental Vatican sculpture of Pietà.
