If the Client isnotsatisfied with the decision of AC and the parties cannot find a peaceful andsatisfactory resolution, he/she is entitled to court proceeding. Any disputes not resolved peacefully will be lodged with the Court in Zagreb and are subject to Croatian Law. Any changes or amendments to the General Terms and Conditions are valid only in writing and if agreed upon by both parties.
